★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was okay except for one or two unfriendly malay lady staff at front counter I encountered on 16 Jan and one lady staff at dentist reception last year ...Note Avoid room No. 6 & 9 if possible ...and to the clinic helper guy at room 6 please call unmarried girls miss, cik or kak and not auntie thank you..Otherwise the uncle at the reception and the doctor at room no. 3 were friendly and the nurses at room 4 or 5 taking blood were friendly too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here because of food poisoning but then the indian Doctor name Dr Lina Bai didnt give me the medical leave at that time and ask me to wait outside until lunch hour the nurse told me to come here after 3pm then i come here at 3pm the indian Doctor disappear and the nurse said that she doesn’t know anything and still dont get the medicine and medical leave. why this government clinic treat me so bad af .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off, the aircond wasn't working. The main elevators weren't working. One of the fans used to cool the place was directed only to the staff manning the xray counter. Why couldn't she rotate the effing thing so patients could get some cool air too? Then when she presumably went off somewhere, the fan was kept on, directed to her empty chair. What a waste of electricity. Also, the xray unit at this particular klinik kesihatan was, from what I heard her say to those enquiring, wasn't open anymore, so patients wanting to have xrays would have to go to other clinics. Admittedly, she wasn't outright rude in explaining, but she wasn't accomodating either. I waited with my mum for dental check for 4 hours thereabouts. My seating as mentioned didn't have the benefit of being cooled by a fan, no thanks to the selfish lady staff. Fortunately, the doctor attending me was very helpful and gracious. Other than that, a very bad experience there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this clinic on 18.9.2020. hospital was clean and staff was cooperative. Dr Dershini Nagapan was so arrogant and uncivilised. I have periods problem and she was insisting me on contraceptive pills. She was not willing to give me referral letter to gyne specialist. Her attitude was so humiliating and rude. I would have rated this klinik 5 but because of the behaviour of this particular doctor I was so much disappointed. Doctors should be polite and well mannered. They should be kind and gentle to the patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service! Does not provide the appropriate information! Slow progress as well, have to wait for super long. Could not make it in time because of them. The pegawai are inpolite and inpatient!!! Regret going, will not enter anymore. Most the workers there are slow, inefficient in work and inpolite.
