★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keseluruhannya bagus. Nurse semua peramah, kalau marah pun marah sebab nak nasihat, ala macam mak akak kita marah kita untuk kebaikan hehe. Satu je masalahnya, nurse dekat sini terhad, pihak berkuasa mungkin boleh tambah staff, kesian la kat nurse yang ada sekarang ni, rushing ke hulu ke hilir. Pelawat pun kene tunggu lama disebabkan oleh staff klinik yang tidak mencukupi.
 Overall nice. All the nurses are friendly, even if they are angry because they want advice, it's just as bad for us to make us angry for good. The problem is, the nurses near here are limited, the authorities may be able to add staff, the current nurse is rushing upstream. Visitors here wait too long due to insufficient clinic staff.

The doctor's service is very truck, please change the doctor who cares about the patient ... the doctor's mouth is all in the scan box is very clumsy x I should be a doctor because my mouth perishes, please change a doctor who is nice and friendly ini..ini xlayak jd dktr..nurse ok jasa mmng terbaik????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya check pregnancy under Nurse Ayu. kalau boleh bagi 10 star, dah bagi dah. Nurse Ayu ni Sangat humble, sentiasa memahami keadaan pesakit. Setiap complication saya dia follow up closely. Whatsapp tanya apa2 pun dia akan reply dan bagi solutins, Kadang2 rasa bersalah macam menyusahkan dia sangat, tapi dia tak pernah mengeluh. Alhamdulillah rezeki saya dapat Nurse Ayu. Nurses lain dekat KKIA ni pun semua baik2 belaka, tak pernah dengar mereka marah2, semua cakap baik2 dan helpful.
I checked pregnancy under Nurse Ayu. If you can give 10 stars, you can share. Nurse Ayu is very humble, always understands the patient's condition. Every complication I follow closely. Whatsapp asks whatever he will reply and for solutins, Sometimes guilt seems to bother him very much, but he never complains. Alhamdulillah, I can get Nurse Ayu. The other nurses near KKIA are also all good, never heard of them being angry, all talking kindly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik kesihatan ni memang bagus, toilet bersih, nurse sangat baik & dr juga baik. Penerangan dari Nurse sangat jelas. Ada service untuk scan baby jugak. Kalau nak ambil darah setiap hari Selasa & Khamis saja. Waktu menunggu memang lama, saya datang pukul 7.50 pagi, selesai urusan pukul 11.00 pagi. Suami tunggu dekat luar klinik. Isteri je masuk, maybe sebab covid, taknak ramai2 dalam klinik.
This health clinic is really good, the toilet is clean, the nurse is very good & the doctor is also good. The explanation from the Nurse is very clear. There is a service for baby scans as well. If you want to take blood every Tuesday & Thursday only. The waiting time was really long, I came at 7.50 am, finished business at 11.00 am. Husband waiting near the outside of the clinic. Wife came in, maybe because of covid, taknak ramai2 in the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nurse are okay, but the doctor have attitudw problem. The doctor i am referring to is the lady doctor, malay at 11 nov 2019 appointment. So rude for no reason. I am so tired to rant about her bad atttitude here. She's rude, judgemental (i think she thinks everyone who come to the clinic are not educated or poor). To the doctor, trust me there are a lot of ppl who are more educated than you, and earn more than you. Lose the attitude lah. Setakat doktor klinik kesihatan dah berlagak nauzubillah. Stop look down at ppl.
Then again, i noticed most doctors kk dan seangkatan dgnnya, the moment they heard you beranak or got treatment from private hospital, mulut terus kurang ajar semacam. Tak faham ape yg jaki sgt hati perut tu. Lain kali kalau tau tak suka, jgn lah menanya ?
