โ โ โ โ โ Tunggu lama sangat untuk check up perut..padahal ibu mengandung trgolong dlm golongan berisiko tinggi untuk jangkitan covid.tunggu kat stu appointment pkol 9 pkol 11 bru attend..keesokannya trus demam n cek positif covid..ckp bg appointment ikut kwasan la jga sop..tp penuh org mengandung kat stu smpai xde tmpat duduk..?
 Wait a very long time to check up the stomach .. even though the mother is in the group at high risk for covid infection. ..tp full org contain kat stu smpai xde tmpat sit..?

โ โ โ โ โ Servis terbaik rawatan terbaik cuma 4 star sbb kawasan x mesra utk pesakit kronik..kawasan ambil darah di luar ada tebing yg agak tinggi ..jika pesakit mengalami kesukaran berjalan atau menggunakan kerusi roda memang agak sukar
The best service, the best treatment, only 4 stars, so the area is x friendly for chronic patients..the area to take blood outside has a relatively high cliff..if the patient has difficulty walking or using a wheelchair, it is quite difficult

โ โ โ โ โ I prefer to go here although it's a little further away than another Klinik Kesihatan closer to my home. It's because the service here 'feels' better than the other Klinik Kesihatan I mentioned above. It's probably because it's still new. The problem is one would need to make an appointment to see the doctors. Walk-in is available but the wait time is quite long, like 2 to 3 hours. And due to Covid SOP, a walk-in visitor would have to wait outside first. Another problem is the staff who tends the check-in counter at the entrance tried to turn me away, keep asking me to go to the "other Klinik Kesihatan" (the one closer to my home that I wanted to avoid in the first place). It's only after I insisted she finally allowed me to get my turn. What's wrong with choosing my preferred clinic? You should never turn people away after they went all the way to the clinic to seek treatment. That is kind of rude. Because of that I take one star away. Otherwise it's perfect.

โ โ โ โ โ Today, 1/3/2022 my mum went to this clinic to have a check up. Dr who checked my mum is Dr Logaambikai. Sadly, the Dr not check/examine my mumโs condition properly. The Dr does not explain well regarding my mumโs condition and not friendly. Plus, the Dr ask my mum to do this and that (as such; touch around the eyes) by herself and not her even if she can wear gloves. The session done less than 5 minutes.
Me and my mum are not satisfied with the services/explanation/check up.
But, the overall services in Klinik Kesihatan Bandar Tun Hussien Onn was just great.

โ โ โ โ โ The clinic is systematic and has a fresher look than the one near to my house.
There's waiting line and advisable to book your appointment online beforehand.
People (without appointment session) with fever, cough, flu, sore throat symptoms was told to que to blue tent which was next to the entrance.
The staffs were friendly and helpful.
Overall, I like the service this clinic offered me.

โ โ โ โ โ I really don't like the staff over here. Very fierce!!! (ok maybe not all but some of them) My house to this clinic is like 3mins drive only! But the nurses at the registration counter and the doctors keep on scolding us and they ask us to go the another klinik kesihatan (which is far away! like 25 mins drive from my house). Hello?! You want me to bring an elderly (86yo) to go here and there? suffering in the car? If the staff say it nicely to us, I'm still fine. But they are like increasing their tone and speak rudely to us. This is really unacceptable.
