Spent 2 hours in the clinic today.
Nothing to be complain, if cannot wait, can proceed to private clinics anytime. :)

โ โ โ โ โ Just follow the given visual instructions (which they do have at certain counters) and you should be fine. It's totally fine to feel at lost the first time around so just ask the staff politely to help you through.
Been here a couple of times and overall I'm satisfied with everything. Thing is, the waiting times might be a bit too long. Singles like me might not have problems though. Just make sure your phone is fully charged, have plenty of data to spend, and now is the perfect time to binge watch some shows that you've been trying to keep up. Or better yet, let your Switch accompany you while you complete the quest to catch em all.
Lastly, don't forget to say thanks to staff!

โ โ โ โ โ The front desk outside from the main hall clinic service is super bad and super rude! Exspecialist with one of the Malay Girls! Today is first day I came here, how I know what is the step and rule of your clinic! If you don't have enough patience, front desk service is not suitable for you! I didn't notice your name today, I'll be sure to put your name up next time I see you!

โ โ โ โ โ Went to see dentist @ Klinik Kesihatan BTHO for filling. Very bad experience, the filler wasnโt leveled properly despite me telling the dentist that it doesnโt feel natural and he was very quick to dismiss my complaint. On top of that, after a week++ I started to have excruciating pain from the tooth that got filled up, turns out the dentist didnโt do it properly, my gum got infected & developed abcess. I had to be absent from work for almost 1 week due to the unbearable pain.
Then I had to do root canal (which I went to another nearby dentist @ Klinik Pergigian Anis, BTHO)
Never again to come here to see the dentist at Klinik Kesihatan BTHO. Very bad experience.

โ โ โ โ โ Honestly, it's like most government clinics. If you're working for the government, then sure, you can go here because it's free or sometimes you need to pay RM1. Because of that, there's a lot of people here, if you need to go to a clinic or hospital ASAP, then I suggest that you just go to a private clinic. You need to make a reservation just to get your teeth checked. Not cleaned, JUST checked. Every reservation is on literally the next 2 months. Some of the doctors are honestly rude and unprofessional. I mean, you can't really expect much from a clinic that you don't have to pay anything for. If you can afford a private clinic, then by all means, please go there instead. If you're really desperate, then sure, go to a government clinic.
