So as I expected, the waiting time shouldn't be too long. But it happened otherwise because the worker prioritise patient lain! I'm so mad. They should've treat me the same

β β β β β I want to file a complaint about a bad service nurse who station at the payment counter.
Incident was happened at 3rd Feb 2020 around 450pm, I went there to get my flu and cough treated, after meet the doctor this nurse prepared my meds and I asked if they have a cough syrup that won't cause dizziness so that I can take it during work hour, she reply me 'No' with inpatient tone.
NEVERMIND (be positive), then I request to pay with QR pay. Once the payment done I clicked 'done' on the Maybank apps then it bring me back to the home page. Who know at this moment this nurse ask me to show her the payment code (it is not stated at the procedure that they displayed at the counter), I tot it is supposed to be reflect immediately to their system once the payment is successful? No?! NEVERMIND (be positive again), I try my best to trace back the history and I use my hand to cover my balance amount in my personal account to show her the code that she requested, I expect she will take a paper n pen to copy the number, who know she straightaway grab my phone without asking my permission and keep mumbling said I shouldn't click 'done' before show her the payment is done! What?! After she done copying the number to the computer, she returned my phone without say any thank you. Is that how she supposed to treat her patients? Do she know she is seeing my private data without asking my permission and supposed I can sue her as she is disobeying the local personal data act?
This is my 1st and the last experience with this clinic, the doctor is good, but please train ur nurse if you dun want to lose ur customer.

β β β β β Went here for medical check up but thereβs no immediate result for urine test. The lab result only came out after four working days, not efficient especially if you come before public holidays. Waited for an hour for a 1-minute check up. Nurse taking xray was grumpy for no reason. Not worth ur money and ur time. Government clinic has better service :-)

β β β β β Was there for the first time. Registered, however the front desk didn't ask for my IC, to verify. The Dr was fine. The x-ray room was only managed by 1 person. Although there is an SOP, I think they unconsciously followed it. The cashier unable to provide itemized bill as requested, and pulled her face like she's angry to my request. To my surprise, it's around RM30 to know your blood group!!! To the owner, pls ask all of your staff to instill and increase their customer-centric approach when dealing with customers/patients.

β β β β β So far my experience is pretty good here. Staff is nice and friendly. Dr is nice too (Dr Hisham Adam). Recommended by my friend to come here to treat infants. So far so good.
