โ โ โ โ โ Called to enquire abt their operations hours but was shut down by a very rude nurse stating that's she's busy for covid tests .. tole me rudely to call after 6pm

โ โ โ โ โ Come here for first dose of vaccination. Sinovac. Was abit skeptical with the review. But my experience was quite pleasant. Reach 4pm. Have to fill up form and wait outside clinic. They provide chair. 5pm I get my jab. The nurse is very professional in showing us the information on the bottle and draw the vaccine in front of us. Allowed to take pic/ video. No pain when she jab. Few second can feel the arm have some soreness which is normal. Grateful for their service.

Doctor explains every step of the vaccination, showing the bottle of vaccine and the expired date. Good service

โ โ โ โ โ I was assigned to take my booster at this clinic. I was scared by the feedback. However, my experience was better than the past. The friendly doctor explained the side effects, what to do with side effects etc. She distracted me by talking to me while injecting. This way, it made me relax. Before I know it, it's over.

โ โ โ โ โ Iโm writing this review because of the bad reviews that was posted. I got my booster shot here, I was able to sit inside and wait because there was space. If itโs over crowded then obviously have to wait outside. And there are plastic chairs outside now. Maybe during the initial part they didnโt anticipate the number of people so they didnโt prepare chairs.
The receptionist was nice, the doctor was nice too. Everything well explained and informed properly. Showed me the dose before and after, even the vial too.
Process was fast.
