★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to see doctor Tan be prepared to wait for long hour because of his detailed diagnosis and majority of patients want to see him, but it's worth it :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malay staff with Tudung is very RUDE. Since we are using panel , she is treating the patient like we are so poor and only dependant on the panel . Please grow up kid ! I can pay my own , Im just using the benefits frm my company ! The doctor on duty is good . Doctor please educate your staff ! Thx

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excuse me! I go to checked period lateness but your doctor told me that I pregnant and miscarriage within 10 minutes without checking properly?!
After that I worried and double checked in women specialist then they tell me that my PCOS caused my period lateness!!!!
Can I suspect professional of your clinic and doctor!!!???
If not rate star only can write comment, I will give you zero star!!!!!!!!!!!!
Can you please be professional and don’t simply consult patient!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Tan very expensive Doctor. He take a bit longer time to diagnosis patients sickness. We can't complain this clinic not good due to waiting an hour to two hours to see this Doctor. In other words do you like a Doctor diagnosis you less than 5 minutes and rushed for another patient?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes couldn't agree more that staffs are rude and terrible and the wait could range from 1-3 hours depending on which doctor you're seeing and the number of patients.
Despite that, I truly respect Dr Tan for his diagnosis. He's like a detective. He could tell that my mum blood level was critically low and told me to rush her to hospital unlike another clinic which told me to wait for blood test result.
A friend was once suffering from severe stomach cramp, one clinic just gave her medicine for gastric but Dr Tan knew that it wasn't that simple and insist that she should be rush to hospital, she had an ovarian rupture.
He was also the one that diagnosed my mum of Parkinson disease and a friend's hyperthyroidism.
Basically Dr Tan saves lives!
Wanted to give 5 stars but service from the staffs can be really bad. There was one day, Dr Tan knew that my mum was very sick so he said to let him know when we return. So upon our return, I informed his nurse but they didn't bother to tell him. We waited and waited for about an hour and I rushed into his room and he wasn't aware that we were waiting at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nurses love to roll their eyes when they doing registration for patients and RUDE talking tone..
Their opening hour and doctor schedule are start at 830am but doctor only come on 930am+. Waiting time is sibehhhhhh longggggggg.
