★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clinic staff is very very rude, especially the one taking the night shift. I think she is new, but she is not humble at all, acts all bossy when the doctor is not around. Constantly on the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most important is that both doctor Leong and his staff are patient and friendly to both child and parents. Very thorough when checking a child - throat, ears, stomach, lungs, etc. Discourages the use of aircon especially when anyone is sick as it seems to perpetuate an illness. Clean and quiet environment, including the toilets. The only thing I don't like is the lack of parking in this forever busy KL area (have to park a few hundred meters away).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very patient and thorough paediatrician who checks the babies carefully. Very gentle with babies. And very good at injections - we adults take our flu vaccination here and no pain at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Leong opens his clinic at night which helps a lot of working parents to bring their kids here after working hours. He check thoroughly and asking lots of questions to understand what's your kids condition. The staff are very friendly too. A very clean and friendly environment for kids while waiting their queue to see the doctor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No patience doctor and nurse I ever seen. Using China made white light torch light to check kid eyes. If you don't have Mysejaterah apps or error to use the apps then you better stay away from this clinic, they're NO ALTERNATIVE way to let u check in! And showing the mad face and teach you the lesson.
Don't double park your car while u visit this clinic, the doctor are not allow u to answer the phone while in consultant even u are called by car blocked owner. The doctor never understood the parking issue and the issue of visitors while visit this place, u may get caught after the consultation if you not able to settle the car blocked owner.
Lastly, This clinic should put the signage there or put the announcement that the clinic are NOT ALLOWED to enter without Mysejaterah apps, don't waste visitors time too.
Think twice if you need consultation here!
