Horrible horrible experience. The doctor in charge (can't remember his name) did not even greet or say anything when i walked and sat for consultation. No eye contact was made and he appeared arrogant. He even mocked my presenting symptoms! Can't believe he is a doctor. Very disappointed. Will never return.

I had a terrible experience today, book an appointment through AIA and it went through. I thought it was ok when I flashed my AIA appointment on the phone at the registration counter. Boy I was wrong. They asked me to pay on meds when I checked out, they said AIA is not applicable on their clinic. Why the staff did not say anything when I registered at the counter earlier and why I was able to checked-in into this clinic through myAIA app. This was very embarrassing for me because I have to argue with the staff in front of other patients. In the end, they waived the fees on me. I hope the clinic will get in touch with AIA because of this error where I managed to register an appointment on its app. Oh, they don't accept card, smh.

Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a clinic before. The clinic is cash only, so that's a drawback. Upon registration I was told to sit and they'll call me once my turn was up, no word after that. I ended up waiting a good 20 minutes, which would be understandable if the clinic was packed but I was the only one there. No word or explanation on why it was taking this long, at about the 20 minute mark the staff then decided to let me know that the Dr was not in and is β€œon his way back” and asked me to be patient. Once he was back, they called me in. I spent a staggering under a minute with the Dr. I explained what issue I was having, explained previous diagnosis as this is a recurring issue. Dr then took my pressure and I was sent on my way. No follow-up questions, not interested to even look at the site of injury. For this minute of consultation and a strip of antibiotics, I was a total of RM55. Unfortunately no stars is not an option.
