★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist and nurses are friendly. The doctor also is okay, just okay. I went for wound dressing today as my ingrown toenail is killing me. Although I appreciate the doctor for being chatty and funny, but my suggestion would be ditch the sigh sound (annoyed sound), it is kinda uncomfortable to be honest. I feel like i am troubling him. Also, i am no doctor but I expected at most 3 times to bius my toe, but eventually i got around 4/5 times throughout the procedure because the bius doesnt kick in. In the end i just shut myself up and went through the procedure painfully. Anyway, i really appreciate that all the equipments that the doctor use are sterilized first. Therefore, this is my honest opinion. I apologized if I might offended this clinic, but i felt like it needs to be said

I also came several time for covid test, the service also very friendly. they very good to talking while we ask many questions. Appreciate dr and staff for their kind action!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the drs and staff are very friendly and professional. Dr always takes time to explain things to me in term that I can understand.Expect a wait because Dr does not rush, dr is patients and actually listens. Staff do everything to help as provide the best care.
Beside, covid test provide at klinik medilove with good and reliable service. Although it is a long queue, but drs and staff are working hard to fasten the process. Customers should be tolerate with the drs and staff, they are facing many customers per day.
Thanks for the drs and staff really work hard to serve us the best service.
Highly recommend to everyone. Will definitely come back again??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the doctors and staffs are very kind and enough patience to explain everything you don’t really understand. Blood test package also quite affordable and worth!! Might have to wait abit but it’s really worth for it!! They will let you to wait in another area instead of sitting with crowd of people especially when there are patients who need to do a covid test. It will make me feel safer and they are quite responsible.. Hope all the patients might tolerate our hero doctors and nurses as they are also not that easy to settle everything at the same time especially now is covid pandemic.. Thanks Medilove drs and staffs for giving me such good experience!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medilove is full of passionate staffs and doctors!! Last few weeks, I went to the clinic for wound dressing. The doctor was very nice and kept talking to me to reduce my scares. Thanks!! Will greatly recommend this clinic for those who need wound dressing/covid test/consultation and so on.. of course, you need to wait a bit as a good clinic is worth for you to wait!!
