★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was the only person in clinic when consulting to dr. Counter staff like don't want to work, slow motion n don't feel like want to explain to patient about the meds prescribed. The doctor was impatient to senior citizen, ask questions he answered it unwillingly, cant diagnose well, simply just prescribed meds n the meds doesn't work at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called up clinic to enquiry the price for pre departure Covid-19 PCR and ARTtest. The staff answer phone with a bad attitude. The staff keep asking what is ART and correcting me as the test called as rtk. If the staff don't know what is ART stand for and the english name of this test, please kindly read up. Not every part of the world called the test name in Malay. Please respect your patient or customer.
