★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please ask your doctor to rest well, his emotions were quite unstable towards his patient. Every word from his mouth made me felt so uncomfortable.
I told him the symptoms that I had but he just kept telling me that those are covid symptoms. ''this is covid symptom'' & ''this is covid symptom too'' & ''you want do PCR test or not?'' & ''you better do PCR test''.
He also kept urging and pressured me to do PCR test instead of understanding further about my situation e.g. asking if I’ve been to any red zone areas or had any close contacts with covid patients. I’ve been to other clinics before and the doctors did not make me felt so uncomfortable before. They always think from a positive view and eases their patients’ worries.
I was also asked to stand at outside under a really hot weather to wait for my turn to do the PCR test. (There just only me to do the test at the time) If the medical personnel was really worried that I am a covid virus carrier, why didn’t he just do a quick RTK/PCR test for me knowing that I was really sick?
I understand that this virus is very dangerous and contagious, but please show some professionalism and respect the patients who are there to check on their health instead of merely getting a PCR test or a vaccination/booster shot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a booster appointment few weeks back and they were super efficiently when it comes to booking. The clinic was not packed when I arrived which made me feel they’ve done a great job in slotting the appointments.
Dr. Lee was super gentle and I don’t feel pain at all when he gave me the shot. He also gave informative advice when I ask questions - super helpful!
