★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came at 7:50 because receptionist said over the phone doctor will be in at 8am. Arrived and she said 08:15. Now its 08:08 and she says 08:30. Clearly not a very well managed clinic. Better close down your practice. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to do my blood check here about two Fridays back. On Thursday night, I called up the clinic to enquire when I would be able to get my blood test result if I come on Friday morning. The nurse in-charge told me that maybe they could get the result by Saturday which was fine with me. So, I went to see the Dr (locum 1) on Friday morning and told him specifically that I am doing the blood test for my glucose check in KK. He enquired from the nurses when the results can be obtained and was told either Saturday or Monday morning. I hesitated about going ahead with the test but because time was not on my side and my appmt was at 2pm on the said Monday, I agreed to get it done here. Called up the clinic on Monday and was told my results hadnt come in yet. I told them of what they had assured me and the nurse apologised. Paid RM110, btw. After seeing the Dr in KK who insisted he needed to see my full blood test report, I was told to bring it n see him again on Friday. Got my report by then and went to see the Dr, ONLY to be told that my HP1C result was not stated. Imagine how cheated I would have felt when I was informed this. So, I took back my report to this very clinic, told the Dr (locum 2) there of my disappointment and that I really felt cheated. Dr said that they can do the HP1C for me for an additional RM35 (after consulting the owner of the clinic.) How would or should 1 react after being given the run around?? Was I not cheated???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First, the clinic is stuffy. Tak nak buka aircond. Secondly, this clinic is damn super slow. When I came it was only 2 patients waiting. 1 hr in total I'm in the clinic. Waiting for the medicines sgt meng azab kan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can you at least when giving medication, please provide CLEAR instructions to your patients/parents?
For example, syrup prednisolone, it is supposed to be given for 3 days only! And yet I have to ask you bcs you think everyone will know about it?!
When you asked to complete doses of antibiotics, did you give enough supply (more than one bottles if it is not enough) for children? Still got guts to tell me to request more at the clinic if I run out of it NOT on time? ?
I know there is no pharmacist in your clinic, but you are supposed to check for the sake of your patients. We don't pay RM1 to you just like KK.
When approaching children, you should make rapport first (just like how they taught you since medical school).
Haiyaa.. Giving headache lar this clinic ???
