 The first time I came here because the company changed the panel. The clinic is cute. load the incoming sorg. Doc Hani is the best, soft -spoken like a mother. He checked the patient's details. The clinic staff is okay. can come here again. overall okay everyone. kua klinik leh gi kedai ecoshop. keep up the good fever tu???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time here. Coincidentally was recommended by another GP to come here because this clinic has X-ray facility. I was told one of the 2 Clinics within Bandar Seri Putra, Bukit Mahkota, Bangi Puteri & Bangi Avenue that has it. Was quite impressed and relieved because usually one have to travel either to BBBangi or cross state to Nilai to get one done.
I called at 2120hrs to check what time the clinic close and was told by the staff that the clinic close at 2200hrs but last admission is at 2130hrs. Told her(now I totally forgotten her name) that I want to do a chest x-ray and I'm on my way. Just before 2130hrs , the staff call back to check if I'm coming and coincidentally, I was about to enter the parking area. Plus point for a customer service, the staff took the initiative to call back and check.
Surprisingly, the clinic was not huge, quite small but since I'm the only patient so I so not feel cramped. Waited for 5 mins after the registration completed, and was called to a small room to have the x-ray done. It was done by a female staff so I reckon for a female patient/s it shouldn't feel so awkward.
The price of the chest x-ray was very reasonable at 50 ringgit and I waited for another 10 mins or so to get the x-ray film. I asked some questions pertaining the x-ray and the staff was quite informative and friendly in entertaining all my queries and worries.
This Mediveron Clinic is also panel to several Companies and Gov. Agencies, unfortunately I didn't get to look at the list as I was rather in a hurry. So you can check with your Insurance Company or your Company if this clinic is listed as your panel.
