★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st time pergi klinik ni. Pukul 12 lebih tengahari pun still terima patient lagi. Bagus. Staff kaunter friendly. Registration pun kejap je. Doktor soft spoken, check and explain details. Harga treatment pun reasonable. Cuma staff yang bantu doktor haritu kurang sikit friendly. Mungkin masih baru. Overall klinik ni recommended and boleh repeat datang lagi ?
1st time going to this clinic. At 12 noon, I still received the patient again. Nice. Staff counter friendly. Registration is instant. Doctor soft spoken, check and explain details. The price of the treatment is reasonable. Only the staff who helped the doctor that day were a little less friendly. Probably still new. Overall this clinic is recommended and can be repeated again ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm coming over with my daughters on 19/1/2020 at 8.45pm to see doctor and very disappointed with the way the counter staff who kind of rude.I was waiting for her to register my details into the system and she asking me what kind of medicine i would like to have.I had explain to her that I'm coming over to seek doctor treatment and should doctor advice what kind of medicine to be given.She thinks that I coming over just to get medicine and the way he mention "tadi cakap nak ambit ubat ajer" which caught me by surprise.I think he maybe caught the wrong person.Not suppose to reacted that way with your voice tone.Please learn and respect your patient as we respect you as staff.Your clinic is well known around bandar seri putra but please not to loose your customer because unprofessional behaviour of your front liner.As a muslim just say sorry but find it hard for her to say.By the way the staff name is Norerna as what she told me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ staffs need training on how to communicate with patient and dont expect everyone to know the process of registration. atleast learn how to smile and speak with manner. is saying " isi ah" and "duduk ah" a normal thing in this clinic? im giving 1 star just bcs of the doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ clinic was good, doctor was nice. but it come to staff is very bad attitude. just make a call and to know can make registration online or not, i just heard the other staff said something not nice to hear behind the call.
