1. staff confused on works easily, and didn’t realise own mistakes which did not look through all messages by customer, even though, I have pointing out the mistakes that made by them previously, it still doesn’t have any apologies. Is that the attitude that work as customer services.
2. I have requested to have specific doctor but they assigned another one, everything a mess! And keep changing different doctor in every appointment, it shows unprofessionally!
3. There is a big problem in communication. Poor in common sense conversation!
That’s all for my experience.

The team was very professional in examining and providing solutions by priority. A fantastic experience that is super easy for anyone that works downtown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dental clinic is of a cozy and clean place, dental staffs are friendly and helpful, so do the dentists as well. Dentists are patiently to do briefing on the X-ray before fixing braces for our pro and con evaluation before & after. Good skills for fitting without any further painful or discomfort issues. Thanks so much ☺️???️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suasana klinik yg relax, friendly and responsive staff.. ask whatever u don't understand and they will answer u without failure. I do my braces here. At 1st i really clueless on this treatment but they guide me very well. Thank u so much for giving a good service to me. Good service, great team. Keep it up ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doing my braces here. Environment in clinic very cozy and comfortable. Eventhough you have to wait for long time but it's okay because the place is very nice and not too noisy. The staff and dentists are friendly and helpful to assist you and also efficiently doing their job. The facility also quite complete got toilet and drinking water. The offered prices also affordable. Recommended ??
