Bad experience. There are a lot of clinics around Desa Aman Puri where this is not the only option.

Please do not trust all the positive review posted by the clinic themselves. If youโ€™re looking to do a COVID test please refrain from this clinic. Heed my words.

Brief Summary: 29/4/2021 6.30pm - I went to clinic to do the PCR test , paid for RM300 in order to get result within 24 hours 30/4/2021 - 4.30pm, I try to call but cannot go through, and therefore I keep calling -5.45pm , one of the staff finally answered call and told me that โ€˜sample ada problem sikit and need to rerun the testโ€™, even said If you do not believe you can call the lab ourself , I replied i need the result by today, and itโ€™s not my duty to call the lab. I requested her to ask the person in charge for a resolution and I also proposed to do an antigen test so that i can have a result on the same day -6.45pm another staff called and said they canโ€™t provide free antigen test but will keep an eye on email so as to see if they can get my result before clinic close at 10pm. The worse scenario is they will give us the result by 8/9am in the morning and refund the rm40 (as a refund for exceeding 24 hours). I was assured that they will be able to get the result by 8/9am and i can collect the result by 9am. -7.38pm I received a call and the staff asked me to bring along my receipt when collecting result tomorrow 9.06am- i called the clinic, she said she jz reached and wait her check email first and will call back later 9.29am I waited for 20 mins , but there is no call from the clinic hence I called the clinic, the staff on the line told me that my pcr test result is yet to be out. I replied and said the staff who were on the line with me yesterday confirmed and promised me that i can get my result by 8am or latest 9am. I then asked if I can call any other person in charge but was told that it was not right for her to expose phone number of other staffs. I then requested the name of the staff on duty yesterday as I would like to speak to her and seek for a resolution. Surprisingly the staff in a rude manner told us โ€œ no need to know the nameโ€ (damn rude) 9.40am I received a call from the clinic, she explained that as the clinic have agreed to refund the RM40, so my package is now RM260, therefore I have to wait for 2 days as they have cancelled the โ€˜urgencyโ€™ of the lab test. This was not communicated before and the reason I paid for the extra RM40 in the first place is to get the result in the earliest possible time. We were told to just wait for the result. At about 10am. I went over to the Clinic to seek for a resolution and a doctor offered for free antigen test pending the result of PCR test. Then one of the clerk (she is quite polite) she apologized and said the urgency is not cancelled ,I will still get my report soon, while another one ( super rude) even said the lab is closed today and the urgency of the test has been cancelled so I have to wait for another 2 days for the PCR report. I wanted a full refund of RM300 because decided to do my test again at another place. Soon after that, a staff informed me that the report is out, but another doctor is on the way to the clinic and would like to have a talk with me. So I waited for the doctor to get my report. He insincerely apologized and claimed that he came all the way from klang in order to resolve this and then put the blame on the spiking up of the cases and the back logged due to the public holiday. Btw, he did refund the RM40 (for exceeding 24 hrs). Note: the report indicates that the specimen was only received on 30.4.2021- 8.00pm (but the staff has informed me on 30.4.2021, 5.45pm that the lab has issue with my sample and has to re run the test?) I do understand the spike of the cases recently and it was public holiday on 29.4.2021 but the fact that they have given assurance and promise but then later on gave excuses and came up with new version of stories is very frustrating. Hopefully they would improve their service and would be able to solve all the miscommunication with their lab (if any).

I went there to do a full body checkup today and I highly recommend this klinic to everyone as the doctor and staff are very friendly and professional. I had a pleasant experience throughout the entire consultation. Keep it up !

An 23 hours clinic operation. Big and spacious. Well maintain. Staff very helpful and friendly. Well done to all the staff.
