★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to wait more then one and half hour ,and then see doctor only 5 minutes, the doctor no patience listen to parents at all, feeling very very rush !
the price is expensive ,my kids no fever, No running nose, no block nose,only a little bit cough for few days ?, total bill charge RM 300+, can’t imagine if kids got more symptoms, how much they will charged? Maybe RM500+ ? Not recommended at all !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last visit from clinic gave baby milk sample name "Aptamil". After testing milk we surprised, milk taste is bitterand burning. I am sure it's not milk. After drinking milk my baby cried to long. She don't want to drink milk. Then only we taste that formula milk.
I am very much disappointed on the Dr. Service. Not helpful for my child. He likes to talk not to listen from patient. Mammy have thyroid issue, but he never recommended baby to do any thyroid test as from hospital say to do thyroid test for baby. He never check baby properly, at least I am not satisfied. I went there 3 times for baby vaccine. Staff behavior not friendly at all. I just waste my time and money.

I have used Ghealth user apps to get consultation for my sick daughter without go to clinic.. Dr. was very keen response and gave me direction how and what can to for my girl.
Also, thanks Dr. Chin of ur time in every week for giving parents lesson on medical knowledge. Appreciated it. Your humour way in talks really makes the 'class' without bored even it is 3hrs LIVE. The repeated phrase of ' 把知识变常识' just so uplift and empower for us, a parent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT VISIT IF YOU ARE IN EMERGENCY!!
first time there, and told the nurse that it’s urgent, yet they don’t allow me to bring my kid in and let doctor to check before asking for lots of first timer question.
When in to the consultation room, the first thing doctor mention is he did FB live ? instead of checking on my kid condition. Not even checking on my kid on the whole consultation, and charged me about RM 100 for an eye drop. As many mention, he don’t really listen to parent and only did his talk.
Maybe, maybe he is good if you are not in emergency and like to listen to funny talk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really appreciated Dr Chin’s passionate on explaining in details on my son’s eczema. From possible root cause, sources of allergen till type of cream & lotions via whataspp consultation! He never forced client to buy any medicines from him instead telling you can get such cream from pharmaceutical. Highly recommended on his passionate & professional! Thumbs up???A VERY GOOD & RESPECTABLE DOCTOR!

Dr. Chin is one of the kindest professionals I’ve ever met, he relates well to people and takes time to listen and takes appropriate action on the symptoms.
