★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors are always friendly and caring. The clinic is small but offers many services. Staff nurses are also accommodating, but one lady (I think Indian) has an attitude problem and keeps on slamming the door while moving in and out of their station. You will understand if there is an emergency but none. She walks like a model going out from the clinic wearing slippers and keeps on slamming the door on our faces many times. It is not the first time I visited this cinic but more than 10x and notices this lady's attitude but lats time was worst. Patients came to seek medical attention, but it seems like she didn't care at all. What's terrifying during this pandemic is that they allowed a patient to enter without even wearing a mask. He was coughing so hard without a face mask. If he needs immediate medical attention, they should at least offer him a face mask. However, it clearly says outside that no face mask, no entry. And as far as I know, wearing a face mask in public places is mandatory, so what more in clinics? His coughing made us all uncomfortable, and it seems that they are not taking it seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for almost one and hour and the clinic only had 4 people waiting for consultation.
The receptionist did know how to use their registration software and delayed it. Asked me to fill 2 same forms and shocked when I corrected her.
Dr was not in the clinic and was not informed about it. If possible you better go to another clinic unless you like waiting and paying for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long queue for such a bad and arrogant service. The female doctor refused to give me MC as if I lied to get it but still gave me medicine and charged for it. We have plenty of unused annual leave and I don't have to lie just to queue for almost one hour while I'm sick just to take leave this way

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow, cramped place to wait to see the dr. To make things worst they dont even have their own toilet u need to use the public toilet to do urine test.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinic open at 9am, but the doctor still not here even now already 9.30am. This not the first time Im facing the same issue here. Hope Mediviron's management look serious on this matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DEAR MEDIVIRON. BETTER YOU CHANGE YOUR OPERATION HOUR FROM WHEN THE DOCTOR ARRIVED THEN YOU OPEN YOUR CLINIC. DONT PUT OPEN AT 0900 BUT NO DOCTOR YET. I WAIT 1 HOURA BUT STILL THE DOCTOR NOT YET ARRIVED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ *Rude attitude of the doctor. Seems like the doctor is scared to give the correct medicine and he can’t identify the patients situation, refused to give Medical leave.*
We have visited the clinic 3 times and each time the treatment is getting worse
Firstly we visited for our daughter head injury and the treatment is OK, the doctor just gave an ointment, as the injury is not severe
Secondly, we visited the clinic as my daughter(2.8 years old) is suffering from high fever (nearly 40°C), the doctor refused to give suppository on their own. Rather he is asking us to give it. (Normally doctors give suppositories to control the high fever for children immediately if the fever is more than 39°C). FYI, we asked for the suppository, he just asking us to continue the paracetamol drops.
Thirdly we visited the clinic as my husband is suffering from fever and cold since last 3 days, and he want to take rest from his work the next day as he is unable to focus on the work, and asked for MC. As a doctor, he should identify the patients situation. The patient might look good at the time of visit, without even testing anything, simply the doctor is saying that my husband is perfectly alright and we have gone to the clinic for no reason and asking for MC. And he is also mentioning that we are coming every month for MC, as per the records. Yes, we went to the clinic but never asked for MC. He just gave the medicine.
I suggest the patients to choose other clinic.
