★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today called this clinic, to book for medical check up, i asked to make a booking because this pandemic period were seriously danger. Staff picked up called. "Ha tak boleh la bagi anggaran berapa, cik datang terus doctor nak tengok form. Kenapa tak boleh datang? Nape yeh nak tahu nama saya? "
I did explained to her, i need to make a booking first, bcause i am in PD taking care of my mother in hospital,thus I need to help my client to booked for their medical check up and to avoid going out many time. It is ok if you cannot give the right answer, but do not answer improper way.
At least if i have an email, to send the form so the doctor or whoever incharge can help me. But she still insisted that I need to come. I asked again her name.....at last she gave me, zee.....Hi zee. I hope u change your attitude in answering question. I called in very soft tone. With explaination. Haihhhhhh not helping at all. And i asked your name not to mandrem u ? i want to thanked you.

I just dislike the staff there. So rude behaviour the staffs. Not good customer service , no respect towards old people.Pls change the staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone can become a doctor. Really bad in justifying the patient. Better ask to issue out referral letter to any specialist just in case. Not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst clinic. Cash only? Why never say anythg till finish register everythg then only mention cash only. Staff were really rude. Pls be grateful that u atleast can keep your job for now. I politely ask to email my test result. I dont mind if u cant but u can refuse nicely right. I hope others will think twice b4 coming here. Doctor were late but its still ok, i cant accept the rudeness of the staff. If u cant work with ppl, dont work at all.
