★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive been here for first time, on 24 Dec 2018. Doctor Joy Tan Kui Sim, treated me and i swear ill never come to this clinic again. The front desk and receptionist is okay but the other review says they were rude. The doctor said, "eh sakit sembelit pun mahu mc ke?"with the annoying face and just told me, "ok whatever la I think thats all" Im surprised, ive never seen any doctor making face to the patient, and told them to get off. Hahaha. Maybe you feel like its been a stressful job to see many sick patient everyday, but if you dont like your job you can get off from this industry i believe. I am a customer service officer for 4 years, ive believe we had encounter many people that have ridiculous request and hard to handle but be patience, be nice to others. You are a doctor, respect your patient, and we of course will respect you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rudest Dr ever. Dr Joy rude by saying I'm just getting mc for fun. In fact I'm getting mc for being in accident for 2 days before and having bad swallow in my right arm. She even said I shouldn't come to get mc. I should work in this pandemic time. How can I work with my one hand if my work needed me to use my both hand as I'm a technician for machinery maintenance . I rarely give any review but this one is very bad experience. Keep saying she's tired and so on. I'm coming as a patient and the consultation is not helpful at all. Pleaseeeeee be rational!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with female doctor Joy. Being sarcastic and condescending as she though I only go there for MC when I clearly had a fever and high temperature. The receptionist at the counter is worst especially the indians. Talk tamil in front of customers and ask to wait outside. Please do not go here and avoid at all cost. Wasting time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should be Dr. Sad instead of Dr. Joy. Not joyful person at all but atleast show some attentiveness. This is my first time went to this clinic and already encountered very bad experienced . Doctor treated you with her lousy face. The malay women at the counter is quite okay as atleast she can gave a smile but when it comes to see the doctor as i believe the name is Doctor Joy Tan is terrible. No wonder the place was very peaceful and no patients was there. The doctor never listen to your story and she will assume you just gonna take for the sake of mc . Seriously this doctor was very rude and i will not gonna come to this clinic ever again!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinic supposed to be open during office hours. Since lunch hours the doctor are not in the clinic, the staff told me doctor went to fetch her children and asked me to come after 4pm onwards. Please improve your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family has been visiting this clinic since they open in 2010. Doctor Tan is friendly and takes the time to explain about illness and condition. Waiting time is short & the nurses takes the time to explain the dosage and purpose of medicine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agree with all comments about the doctor (horrible, disrespectful, arrogant, rude etc.) Will never came this clinic ever. If i can report to higher, i will, as they should review again on this doctor, not act as doctor at all. She only concerns about giving the MC and see you as you are totally lie on your pain and came to her clinic only for MC. If so, she as doctor should diagnose and check the patient. But nop. She's totally not even ask you further or check on you, she's totally on her swing mood, mad about the MC, totally ignore your pain as in her eyes you are lie, you can go work after take pain killer. Is this we call as doctor?! Not professional at all, i wish this doctor can review on her attitude as doctor and be professional and not easily judge the patient.
