You might meet an unprofessional doctor here which waste your valuable time and "it" just give excuse that "itself" stuck in traffic jam more than 2 hours. Lucky the nurses and guard there have helpful heart.

I had no choice but to come here to do my medical check up. The cleanliness level at this place is alarming. In the consultation room where I was at, a nurse was seen without mask talking to her colleague. I felt so uncomfortable that i need to voice this out. No word of apology from her and she continued talking in Tamil and reluctantly put on her mask. The staff including the doctor do not put on disposable gloves. Especially when touching patient and also needles. The x-ray room floor was so dirty and there's even a dead cockroach everywhere. Plus someone left a huge pile or garbage in the x-ray room. Ive attached photo as evidence Toilet has no tissue paper..

I'm sorry in advance. I had to write a poor review on your practise I came in with severe gastritis pain and abdominal tightness like cramps intermittent, when it does happen, it's unbearable , pain score of 7/10, the locum Dr on duty, Dr Mohd Zainal(?) was definitely potraying a questionable service. I've been to this clinic multiple times, average services, nvr had such an issue. Thank fully that this is not my first gastritis episode. I definitely have more tolerance to pain at this point. He did not even palpate/percussed to see how tender and bloated my abdomen was. Well he did not even further investigate or get a proper h/o from me. There were no emergency medication to relief my pain, apparently. Please remind me how do you run a medical practice with no medication in stock for emergency, or you failed at inventory to restock? i I told that i took some meds (pantaprazole, charcoal tabs and some gaviscon) at 5pm, I repeatedly told him that the meds did not help, I literally still went to work, pushed myself through the pain and I had rush to the Lourdes to get it treated stat, I can't even sit up straight nor stand up straight. I hope the PIC that look into this would please review your locums before you hire them. I specifically asked him is there something or any meds that he could prescribe now for my pain, all he said "you already took pantaprazole 40mg, that's the max you can take for gastritis, there's ntg else I can do for you instead of referring". Logically, being a patient who had gastritis in the past, I know PPIs are not the only way to treat gastritis. If I could bare my pain and sit at ED for waiting time 3 hours, I'll definitely be there rather walking into a private practice like this. I left your premise in pain and in tears. Thank you to the nurses who was at the dispensary, was trying the best to get in touch with the doctor who left right after consulting me, but I refuse, I wouldnt want to be treated by such a physician. I am a dental surgeon myself, I never let my patients to walk out of my clinic in pain, or without any reassurance, I try my best to manage them, and ease them, till they can be treated atleast.

With reference to my recent medical check-up on the 10 & 11 Jan 2022 with Lourdes Poliklinik (Shah Alam), I wish to sincerely thanks the clinic doctor and its staff nurse for giving me the extremely and satisfactory service in terms of dedicated and very patience service attitude as well as a very high quality of professional health care attention during my 2 days visit at the clinic. On the 2nd day's follow-up medical check-up procedure, Ms Umha especially, has been assisting me with her fullest patience approach by taken up almost 1 1/2 hours for completing the medical checking procedures which should only needs to taken up 10-15 minutes to complete. However, due to some complication factors on my health status, Ms. Umha had gone beyond "some extra mile" by advising and offered me an alternative checking approach in order to obtain a "More Accurate, Reliable & Comfortable" test result which eventually helped me to achieve the objective of the purposes of the medical check-up. Thank you very much, Lourdes Poliklinik & Ms Umha in particular

The staff are very professional, and despite many patients the staff are able to maintain calm and sort things accordingly. A great clinic and ease the process of getting vaccine booster with less hassle.
