β β β β β I've read many reviews regarding bad experiences with certain doctors, Dr Salleh & Dr Noraini. I hope HIAZ will look seriously into these comments.
On the other hand, i had great experiences here at HIAZ especially with Dr Mashitah. Gonna have my second baby here too with the same doctor. She did a good job during my first emergency c-sect. The nurses are very very polite & helpful. I highly recommended Dr Mashitah. ????

β β β β β Came here several times before. Of course there were pros and cons for each different service you received here. Need to seriously improve waiting time at pharmacy & billing department. Overall still a good visit. Just don't park your car under the tree. You will awfully regret.

β β β β β Sgt mengecewakan. Start drpd register anak kena dysentery nak masuk ward, service tersangat2 slow. Sy nak kena tanya nurses setiap update (bilik dah ready ke, rtk bila nak buat, result rtk dah issued ke blum etc). Selagi x tanya, non of the staff attend us and inform updates bila blh masuk ward. Sy register since maghrib, dpt masuk bilik pukul 11:10pm. Dah warded, not sure nurse dr mana but dkt uniform stated as βmurni academyβ. Nak pasang drip smp 2-3 org struggling and seems not experienced on how to set up drip for kids. Smp anak sy demam, tgn bengkak sbbkan line tu. Result stool anak sy 3 hari xbg2, doktor pny jwpn inconvincing xda explanation yg clear on what test theyβve been up to and how was the progress and of course not even the result. 3 hari tny 3 hari jwpn βresult xkeluar lgβ. End up I decided to transfer my son to Columbia Asia Cheras, immediately they hand us the stool result saying no bacteria or virus detected. So sudden? Now dkt columbia asia, the service is way way tip top, nurses are very proactive and competent. Both nurses and doctors very informative. 1 day je they already got the result saying my sonβs stool got bacteria detected. Sorry Az Zahrah, Im as a muslim very proud and fully support you as hospital mesra ibadah, but there are so many aspects need to be improvised and should be more competent. Overall your service is so so frustrating and definitely not gona come again.

β β β β β Have booked minor surgery appointments with doctor which is five weeks before the actual date and suddenly received the last minute calls (about 10 days before) from the hospital informed that doctors are not available on the actual date. I already sorted out my applied leave and booked a hotel near Bangi area. Itβs very unprofessional and definitely not a good image of Islam. And itβs happened TWICE to me! Thank you Dr Salleh

β β β β β First time get bad experience after many times visited as outpatient and inpatients.
Came to ER and informed to nurses that I'm having bleeding due to early pregnancy and answer I get it from them that Dr was not around.Without concern that I'm having bleeding++ .They ask to come after 9am...when come at 9am answer still same no Dr O&G around to see pts stat!Look like they not received patient at all...very disappointed when I received this very bad services until I decided to go to another private hospital.

β β β β β This is my first visit here, I have a referral letter from another clinic and I want to seek for a specialist consultations.
I'm willing to pay but the services are really poor. I came at 9am and they said the doctor will be around at 11am so I came again at 11 but the doctor is not available. So they suggest to make a apoiment at 2pm and I agreed. I came back at 2pm and I waited for one an half hour and I was informed that the doctor is only on his way. I just can't wait anymore
I don't mind pay if your service is excellent. That's all for today. You have wasted my day.

β β β β β Always a good experience here. Two kids born here. The doctors took good care of them, even one who had to be warded because of low oxygen. He's now very healthy and active. Comfortable place for baby and mother to stay. The most cost effective of all the private hospital choices.
Been here recently for booster injection too. The staff are all very polite and helpful. Best of all the PPV so far.
