 Doctor service with patients is very unpleasant .. rude service .. people will not come if you don't have an emergency case or are sick !!! Repair your service ?

Called again 1 minute later and this time the staff said "can"
So i said : " just now the person said cannot now say can"
Her response with a rude tone : "we cannot hear you"
LOL. You cannot hear me you but didn't even bother to ask me to repeat. And without hesitation, just said "cannot"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to seek for medical stable cases. Fast and friendly staff at counter, nice doctor incharge who owns the clinic (not counting the locums) and clean + comfortable place for customers to wait. Good experience here and would surely come again if needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. I went because i was having very high fever and wanted to know the cause and further advice. I am also a post covid patient. The doctor checked with their fever device and it was 36. I told I have my own termometer at home and it reads 37.8. This was at 9am. And I did not take any panadol, because i wanted them to check and advice next steps. Then the doctor took my blood sample for dengue. Fair enough. But the blood count does not indicate dengue. She told normal. So her diagnosis and treatment, medicine for headache. I told her i am having fever, at least give me a referral letter to a specialist at the hospital to do further test. She refuse. She is asking what do i write in the letter? You don't have Covid now. I told her, i'm not saying its Covid, there could be other viral infection. I know i am having fever. She told the reading is 36. And she said maybe my termometer at home is faulty. I was too sick and my head was throbbing. I just didn't have the energy to argue. I went to another clinic, and my temperature was 38. The doctor told i was having fever and after much explaination, refered me to a specialist. I'm admitted in the hospital now.
And i'm diagnosed for Dengue. After taking many test, the results showed i'm positive on Friday. These are the advantages a specialist and hospital provides because of the facilities they have compared to a GP panel clinic. I just wish to advise those out there on your rights to a proper medical diagnosis and the need to see a specialist if your clinical symptoms are worse.
