β β β β β We are coming here to get our booster vaccine...they ask me to enter the name and will call us later whenever there are slots.. they called us and the process was fast and efficient. Great job and highly recommended

β β β β β Thank you Dr. Mohamed Ali. Me and my wife was vaccinated with the Sinovac booster vaccine on Friday night (24/12). The staffs are very helpful and polite. Good clinic at a good location near my place in Setapak. Thanks again to all the staffs including Dr. Vasan.

β β β β β Pls expect waiting time to be a bit longer because the doctor is very detail And did not just assume your diagnosis. The female doc (young) not sure of the name Probed enough questions to make sure they advice you the real thing.

β β β β β Both my brother and myself went for Sinovac booster jab on Saturday afternoon 15th Jan. An Indian lady doctor attended to both of us. She was very careful in filling the 2 syringes with vaccine, and made sure that there was no bubble inside the needles. My left arm did not feel any pain and there is no bruises (I had bruises in my left arm after my 1st dose at a vaccination centre last year). Generally we are ok with the service provided so far.

β β β β β Went to the klinik for booster. Even though itβs just me and my sister in that clinic, the waiting time is consider abit long. But Dr Mohamed Ali is attending me very good with the explanation. Great job.

β β β β β Both doctor and nurse were unprofessional and extremely rude. Two minutes of consultation for an overpriced fee, and even then we had asked a simple question only to be met with a side-eyed glance and silence. Will not recommend to anyone, and will never return. I regret not reading all these reviews earlier that resonate with mine, they are all true; nothing has changed.
Judging by the way negative responses and criticism are handled here on this platform proves my point. It's evident that filing a formal complaint through email will get you nowhere with this level of communication. Who on Earth with an ounce of professionalism or dignity says "Get a life" to a patient in a comment?
You've chosen the wrong sector as a career if you aren't capable of basic human respect and tolerance in a healthcare service.
