★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My belated review for this clinic as my memory suddenly think back one incident happen here which they has the worse doctor i ever met. Few years back i visited this clinic due to diarrhea and requested for MC, the doctor insist not giving MC to me and he said it is not necessary. Seriously?? How am i suppose to take public transport to work if suffering from diarrhea, hold it till i reach my workplace?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time here (slightly more than a year ago), brought my newborn with rashes. Got prescribed anti histamines. (Too young!)
Today decided to give them a second chance, wife fell down and had abrasion on her knee, we just went for re-dressing:
Rude and arrogant young male doctor. Condescending throughout consultation.
Prescribed medication whom another doctor we saw earlier asked to avoid. (Painkiller, NSAIDS - Patient is in first trimester of pregnancy, and we did inform the doctor; )
And that's just the medication we know about. Now we have zero trust on the plethora of other medicine prescribed.
Not coming back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took PCR test here and took 39 hours from the time I came to their clinic. If not paying okay la you patiently wait. This one we pay coz we want the result within 24 hours
Got my email of result at 1am after one day 5-6 times of calling them asking about my result. A for Effort on sending me thru email at 1am.
Even though cheaper than other clinics or lab, RM 180….. no… bad experience…
Did 6 swab tests at BP medan tuanku, never encounter this problem at all. Not going to this clinic anymore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my booster jab at Desa Setapak on 25th Nov. Dr Christine is very professional. She explained and answered questions in detail. Jab was fast and painless. Do in a batch of 6 persons. Thank you Doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Chia is very helpful and knowledgeable. Beside her busy schedule with many patients, she manage to provide fantastic consultations and medication for my treatment. Not forgetting the 3 humble nurses that attended to me professionally. Thank you all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First, the staff at front desk didn't follow the SOP to wear the mask during this pandemic
Second, the doctor doesn't want to take the responsibility to conduct the surgery and is afraid to offer medical certificate as the boss will question. It seems that the doctor will choose the patient and even recommend the family's clinic to conduct the surgery. It doesn't sound like a good doctor will do
Third, the clinic provided the wrong medicine and requested the patient to come back immediately to change the medicine. This is really unprofessional and I definitely will not recommend to visit this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They're alright. A little more improvement on hospitality and I think should be fine. Otherwise they are professionals and the doctor is too (Dr Pillai I think), just have to tell them if they are being unfriendly. I guess they don't know because they are tired.
