★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is specifically for the locum (substitute doctor) at the clinic, who deserved NO star! I had to put at least one star otherwise it won't let me post.
Dr. Oo Cheng Yeow is the worst doctor I've met. He has no concept of hygiene whatsoever! He is not knowledgeable. He's worst than a trainee.
I brought my son to the clinic on Saturday July 29 for a consultation of his rash. Dr. Oo did not wash his hands before examining my son. Right after he examined he went to "wash" his hands, which was only barely rinsed. He didn't use soap and just shook off the excess water. He wiped his nose with his shirt. He also checked my son's temperature but he didn't use a cover for the thermometer. He then proceeded to "wash" his hands. Again, it's a lousy rinse without soap and shook off excess water.
He did not seem to listen/process the information/history I provided. He just threw out his diagnosis.
He was also eager to push fever and itch medication on us. I did not want any of the medication. I paid for consultation and RAN out of there as fast as we could!
I DID NOT trust his diagnosis and had to bring my son to another doctor right after! I rather pay for a 2nd consultation with a trusted doctor. The 2nd doctor listened, examined, explained, and provided a more reasonable diagnosis.
I have seen Dr. Ng myself and I was happy with her. However, Dr. Oo Cheng Yeow is not qualified to be a doctor. He does not even have common sense of hygiene. He will be the one who pass on diseases to his patients!! He does not seem to have the proper knowledge of some basic diseases also.
So I advice you to run the opposite way if Dr. Oo is on duty at the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The male doctor was very sarcastic and just smiled the whole time when I told him that I was really sick and this is my 3rd tonsillitis attack. He gave this funny look as if I was lying and didn’t bother to give further explanation or show interest working there. He does not fit the role! Useless clinic. Went here cause my usual clinic was out of doctor at that time! Regret !! Not recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For women’s health problems, highly recommend Doctor Ng, she is very professional and friendly. Explained all the details to me and gave me a pelvic exam without making me feel embarrassed. Need to wait for some time until your turn depends on the queue. The price is reasonable for my case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What’s the point of having a land line number but always engaged? I have been calling for an hour and it’s still engage. Yesterday also the same, have experienced this many times as I prefer to call n ask which doctor are on duty but the phone always on engage mode.
I would not want to go if it’s the male doctor on duty as he’s abit sarcastic in his consultation which my parents are not comfortable with. He also will always throw back the question to the patient such as you dizzy? Y will u dizzy? What cause ur dizziness? Am I the doctor or u are the doctor?
