β β β β β Im very happy and fortunate that I have found Dr Ooi for my children. She is nice, patience with children as well as parents, interacts alot with the children. She is very thorough in checking the children and does not simply prescribe medicines for children. Brought my children for vaccination and she just did it like for 2 seconds without my children noticing it. Highly recommended!!!

β β β β β Just called the clinic to get an appointment for the first time for my 2 years old daughter. The PIC who picked up the call mentioned that they only attend to existing patient & not first timers without telling the reason, WTH? Asked me to go to hospital instead just for eye soreness. I totally understand if they decline my appointment if my daughter had fever or flu as COVID-19 precaution. For how long you can do treatment (business) for existing patient? Luckily didnβt get an appointment with such a doctor who doesnβt have an ethics to treat a patient!

β β β β β First time visit, manage to squeeze my time after work as they open till 8pm only. Doctor is good just hope the have night time till 9pm. I be frank, for most of us that working, is a bit too rush.
Second, try to call but no 1 pickup, so I thought they are occupied or the number have changed. Thus, drive here and notice they are close for whole week.
Tried to check for any Facebook page or website, zero. Hence, that is why my rating is lower, just hope they can make it more convenient for people to check their actual announcements.

β β β β β When I call clinic number they pick up I said ,*may I ask something*
They reply *wait a few minutes* and I was wait it for 15mins no one reply me.you all are work at clinic but no respect on people.if you can't talk or you not sure that can't answer what i ask,....you can say *please call again*.is very simple.
By the way DR.OOI is very good doctor.
