I must say knowing Dr Harjeet for almost 12 years and he is the best I can say for his profession, I'm more comfortable to attend his clinic for any treatment due to his medicine and best advise. With his vast experience, knowledge and best practices, he has treated most of his patients in well mannered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would definitely recommend this clinic to my friends and family. The medication, consultation and Dr Harjeet himself is very efficient, effective and professional. The clinic is also very clean and hygiene is always prioritized.
He has been our family doctor for many years now and has treated almost every member of my family. His diagnosis and consultation are very accurate. The medication provided has always been very effective as well.
Dr Harjeet is always a joyful and comforting individual during his consultation with us. He sometimes goes out his way to assist us in anyway he can even outside of his consultation hours. We are very grateful for Dr Harjeet for all his assistance he has provided even during this pandemic period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Harjeet has been our family family doctor since we moved to KL past 18 years ago.
Recently my son was having fever for couple of days and later when he visited Dr, he was straight away checked and diagnosed with Dengue. The quick test was able to determine it and daily follow up to check on his platelets.
Highly recommended with great experience Dr.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better dont go this clinic to do RTK test. The unclear result they just update as POSITIVE!! They will request you to do PCR test for another RM179. Even the result of PCR Test is Negative. Your Mysejaterah will still at RED and forced to quarantine. I was be lied by the nurse, they told me the positive result will be withdraw. BUT THE TRUTH IS LIE!!
If you want to do test for working purpose better dont rely this clinic. They will tend to tipu u and waste ur time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife went for PCR yesterday for the second time. Was attended to by a nurse called Tina and we were appalled by her very rude behaviour. My wife went for her first PCR a few days earlier and the result was whatsapped to us the next day as it was required urgently for her first procedure. Seems that the second time was a very different experience as the nurse didnt even advise my wife properly and prepare her for the test. When asked, Tina was not even helpful to the least. Example, before even putting in the nose swab, the 1st time, the nurse actually informed my wife which nostril and tried to be a a gentle as possible but Tina just shoved the whole thing in without even asking my wife if she is ready or not. (Do note that my wife was in a terrified state of having to undergo this pcr procedure)
Secondly, when asked if the result is to be whatsapped to us the next day, she said no have to come and pickup. We explained that we did our first 2-3days prior and the result was whatsapped to us, she rudely said no, and have to pick the result up ourselves. (Oh and yes if it was explained courteously to us, I would probably have written this review differently)
There was no sorry puan or apologies for the inconvenience nothing. So guys, please think twice before coming to this clinic. Sorry doctors, the nurses are a reflection of your clinic and from my experience to be honest… it was a very bad one???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dont ever cometo this clinic when you need heep immediately, or urgently. you may have chance waiting patient before you very long time.
i was arrived in this clinic around 9 am, and registered my wife at counter. we were second patient of this clinic, i thought it should be quick since it is still in the morning, we were the second (only me and mt wife at the waiting area). however it took almost half an hour (30 mins), my wife’s turn hasnt been called yet. ? when we were waiting we heard they had laughing as well. i dont know whether they have medical consultation or just chit chat and expect other patient to wait veryy long time. surprisingly the staff there was aware we were angry. they said this particular patient, patient before us, usually took long time. i just wasted my time to wait in this clinic and i just cancelled my wife’s turn since it really took a long already to wait.
30 mins(approx) too long to wait 1 patient only in private clinic.

Since if the clinic knew that the doctor will do any surgical or procedure to take very long time. They can inform the patient who are waiting without knowing how long they need to wait. Communication is very important between doctor and patient, seller and buyer, and any other relationship. If you are keep quite how do patient understand? ?
If you read carefully that we heard of laughing. Just curious what kind of procedure or surgical is that? And why very hard to inform patient the expected time to wait?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this clinic on 4/5/2020 because of my skin condition. That time was very strict lockdown. They charged me for RM145 for 2meds (allergic) and 1small cream (antibiotic). TOTALLY OVERCHARGE. I still remember till now because that was my last money in my pocket. :) and that meds not working on my skin condition also, because I had a ringworm, but they gave me allergic and antibiotic meds instead! Worse clinic ever.
Update: I uploaded together the medicine I received as a prove, only can find one because the rest I already finished it that time. I reviewed after a year because this issue can’t get out of my head. Just imagine how it’s effect me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t remember any SOP’s saying that if you need to consult doctor you have to do RTK first. I work in a hospital and I have done my antigen result yesterday which is valid for 24 hours at least. The nurse got the nerves to tell me if I want to consult Dr, I need to get the RTK done first in their clinic. It is a new scheme of making money from your patients? And please educate your nurses on proper customer service as I can see many bad reviews and just witnessed one. I should have read the reviews before going I guess.
