β β β β β Friendly staff? Not at all. They are very rude.
I am a student. I went there because thats the only near clinic from my house. After meeting the doc, the staff told me to pay rm90 for the meds. I rejected some meds bcos im not afford. I heard the staff said "dah tahu klinik mahal dan takde duit buat apa dtg sini". The othet staff talk harshly to me if i dont take all the meds i will not heal. I dont take all the meds n they make another bill which is i had to pay rm70. Still, the staff (i dont see her name but i know she dont wear tudung) she still mumbling n talk bad infront of me. They are so rude. Btw, i have a video of her talking bad about me.

β β β β β very rude doctor... he only think everyone that come his clinic only have purpose to take mc... even patient that come with real deal... he dont want to listen and just offer Mc... what wrong with this doctor... better go to other clinic that will treat their patient then this MDF clinic that know nothing on how to treat patient.... bad manners with bad attitude, please dont come to this clinic... not worth your money and time

β β β β β Having really rude nurse and scold the patient as they like. The nurse don't allow you to ask question but just wan you take the medicine and pay for it. Medicine given no really good as compared to other clinics. Please fire the girl who did not wear kutung. Doctor ask me to eat only one medicine, she ask me eat both medicines. I want her ask the doctor but she act on behalf of doctor. Welldone.. No more coming here till you fire the rude nurse.

β β β β β I was having headache and hemoroid issue, the indian doctor at night ask me 3 times if i want MC. I reply 3 times that i dont need MC. He asks me 'Why?' Daa. I wear something on my arm wallet (inside got card and money, the thing will compress my arm, why he so angry i visit this clinic), which i suppose need to take out the arm wallet first before proceed with blood pressure check, the doctor said 'no need!'. Also the doctor interuppt while i explain my issue 'so u sakit apa sebenarnye' deii i just start my words for 1 minute only. Give me chance to talk. Plus i dont need mc. Why keep asking me for mc. I got 3 gastric medicine without any pain killer for my headache. I was so dissapointed with this. Very bad service. Only know to charge money for unnecessary medicine. Wasted!

β β β β β Turned off the air conditioning and opened the door after my registration to see the doctor. It was hot and stuffy. No fans. The nurse at the counter was very rude. Honestly, why the need to be rude to your patients/customers, especially in the early morning. Major improvement needed in terms of customer service for this clinic. Totally a turn off!
On the upside, doctor was very polite and gave good advice. Giving the 2 stars for the doctor.
