1. Nurse asked private question directly at the counter while other patients sitting behind. I think they can pass the paper to me and I answer it by myself.
2. After taking urine they did't arrange me back to see the doctor. The nurse passed me the medicine and told me this is doctor presciption.
I have to ask what is my sickness? I think they should arrange me back to see the doctor after all the test has been done.
4. Nurse arrange next visit and I don't know why? What is my sickness and if no more symptom why there is a need to come back? Nurse told me if you want to save money you can ignore it. But that is not the point!
3. I requested to meet the doctor and they arranged it. Doctor explained it.
Overalll, I think the services and procedures can be better even though there were a lot of patients and clinic need to close at 2pm.
Overall it took me around 1 hour and 20 mins, while only 2 patients queue in front of me.
