★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely slow service. Came here at 9am for an appointment. Now its 12pm and still waiting. No blood taking today. Just injection for baby and mother check. Keep on going back and forth to Dr then nurse then Dr then nurse. In between need to wait for hours and hours.wait few hours see the nurse just to fill up forms, then wait again to see Dr. Dr sees pt for 5 minutes only..why the heck os everything else taking so long. Its not like theres SOO many patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nurses and staff are efficient, professional and gave excellent service. All my kids had their check up here. The building is clean and in green environment. There are few stalls in front of the clinics so it's good if one need to wait for a longer time while completing the check up there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Government owned clinic, the charged for local patient only RM 1.00, and for medicine it's free of charge (foc).
Good service by it's staff, the doctor and the nurse.
Usually on Monday morning, it's full house and if you come after lunch hour, number of patient normally reduce.
Saturday will open half day from morning to afternoon. This Clinic also provide Dental Clinic, Emergency Unit, Lab, X-Ray Room and etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upgraded system and yet still having major miscommunication between staff.
Appointment set on 16 Feb 22 at 8am, arrived at 7.45am.
8.30am : Keep asking if can see doc, staff said just wait for the number.
10am : Staff said u already late for appointment and their procedure must be do precisely at 8am.
Hence need to come back tomorrow, me wasting 1 applied leave just to be told to back later.
BAD MANAGEMENT EVER !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although it is a little bit crowded, facilities wise is not so bad. A good news is that they are going to upgrade and integrate their IT system, especially the patients medical report system, queuing management systems etc (TPC OHCIS) by mid of Mac 2022.
There are medical lab, physio therapy unit, dentistry, x-ray, general practitioners, paediatric, gymnasium etc.
Overall, good services.
