โ โ โ โ โ Saya bawa ibu saya pemeriksaan gigi, cabutan gigi, cuci gigi, jahitan kecil dan kini sedang menunggu untuk membuat gigi palsu. Ibu saya sangat berpuas hati dengan layanan yang diberikan oleh kakitangan klinik pergigian ini. Dari kaunter saringan sehinggalah ke dalam bilik rawatan. Semuanya baik, sopan santun, menghormati dan menjaga pelanggan dengan baik. Cuma peralatan yang digunakan perlu diperbaiki lagi dan pihak kerajaan atau KKM perlu mempertimbangkan untuk pembelian peralatan yang baru serta berteknologi. Penggunaan peralatan lama membuatkan membuatkan petugas kelihatan sukar untuk membuat rawatan. Pelanggan pula merasa kurang selesa. Ini berdasarkan maklum balas ibu saya pda setiap kali setelah mendapatkan rawatan. Tapi overall perkhidmatan disini memang terbaik. Teruskan!
I brought my mom for dental checkups, tooth extractions, brushing teeth, small stitches and am now waiting to make dentures. My mother was very satisfied with the service provided by the staff of this dental clinic. From the screening counter to the treatment room. Everything is good, polite, respectful and take good care of customers. Only the equipment used needs to be improved and the government or MOH needs to consider purchasing new and technological equipment. The use of old equipment makes it seem difficult for the staff to make treatment. Customers, on the other hand, feel less comfortable. This is based on my mother's feedback every time after receiving treatment. But overall the service here is the best. Proceed!
