★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall is good. Just that the waiting time is too long even with the appointment time given (written in the redbook of my toddler)
Hospital in-charge should improve the system by not letting the patient to wait for so long. Within 1 hour is acceptable with the appointment time given. Average waiting time for me is 2 to 3 hrs usually.
The nurses attitude is overall good just some of them spoil the image of the government clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, the staffs (pharmacy) and especially doctor on duty 29/7 (dr sarina/dr zarina) was very rude and not willing to listen to us and not willing to help patient. The medical liner must be more understanding and helpful during this pandemic and not to be so arrogant and rude. I was explained to her the situation and she was too rude and put me hold for 20 min without giving any answer. At last I have to hang up my call with disappointment. I hope this issue to be not repeat anymore and as a medical staffs please be more polite and helpful for those who need. Just imagine if it's happen to your own family members, how u would feel. Don't think that no chance for you to get the same situation, anything can happen if the god want to make you to feel as others. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pre book appointment on 1/2/2022 but when I went for appointment and is close?! understood is a public holiday if is close then why there is open slot for appointment online? If I not able to book appointment I would have know I need to book with other clinic then… what I waste my time to find other clinic last minute.
