★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can highly recommend. Got my wisdom tooth extracted. It was almost more pleasant than some of the Covid test swabs I've gone through. The extraction itself was fast and painless. Doctor and his staff were professional and explained everything clearly. Only down side for me was the waiting time.

Dr. Karthi is patient with explaining on the treatment and also throughout the treatment. The staff working there are all so pretty and helpful. Most importantly, the price reasonable! Dr. and the staffs were extremely friendly and nice, and their service were really efficient. This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. Their team was professional and courteous to all their patients. Their professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. Dr. is also a really funny and straightforward person who never exaggerates what my needs were in order to get more money. I highly recommend Dr. Karthi’s dental treatment if you’re looking for any braces treatment or other dental needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently visited Ipoh, Perak from Singapore to do my aesthetic procedure with Klinik Pergigian Dr Karthi. I had visited his clinic couple of times before for basic treatment and found his place has swelled with crowds now.
Even-though I was told no appointment for the day and could expect at least an hour waiting period for walk-in patient, I decided to go ahead with waiting as I had only 7 days stay in Malaysia. Dr Karthi managed to examine me within 40 min. My aesthetic procedure will require more than 7 days as my model teeth need to be sent to KL and it was Friday on the present day. He jokingly said that 'your teeth is in your hand' that I may need to drive to KL to hand deliver the model teeth rather than couriered it as they were couple of courier company has one week shutdown due to some COVID cases and it will take longer time given my short stay in Malaysia.
He personally called the Lab in KL and explained the urgency of my case and did the extra mile for me. I drove the next morning and delivered my model teeth. Within 6 days I received a call from his clinic that my dental crown had arrived and I'm able to get the procedure done by the day..
I was very satisfied with the great job that he has done given such a short notice. He kinda brought my smile back and I can't thanked him enough.
Dr Karthi and his team are very professional and he took his time in attending, explaining and assuring on the procedures that he manages. For the professionalism that he conducts, I could anytime neglect the waiting period and understands why the clinic has grown in recent times.
