★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Hanim was friendly and professional in attending me as a customer. However, I was really perplexed by the nurses who are unfriendly and sulky faces. Especially the one with glasses. So I was a little annoyed with that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consultation was superb! Seriously worth my money. Every details the dentist told me, memang berbaloi sangat. Tempat menunggu kemas, got mini bar ? nasib puasa je kalau tak dah buat coffee satu cawan while waiting. Serious, i love this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is clean, nice and comfortable. Friendly receptionist. Excellent doctor, Dr Hafiz. Went here for my usual check-up + scaling. This is my first time experiencing a dentist who would snap photos of all my teeth (using an tiny intra-oral LCD camera) before scaling, and later showing it to me on the screen and letting me know if there's anything wrong with my teeth and gums. Overall a good experience.

We called and nurse told us appointment is full but we can walk in and wait. Once we arrived she said doctor is resting. We said it was painful and need immediate inspection. She slowly walked in to check and said dentist is not around. Keep on giving excuse.
Imagine if they are not interested in helping patients, how good can the dentist be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empire Dental is easy to get to, plenty of parkings and very convenient. The clinic is very clean and well appointed. During this Covid-19 pandemic times, the clinic practices and follows the S.O.P guidelines as set by the Ministry of Health. I felt very safe and comfortable the whole time I was there. Dr. Hafiz was also very professional and friendly, explaining all the options I have for my dental needs. The staff as well, was friendly & helpful.
