β β β β β Despite having skilled doctor, unfortunately had to give low rating because of the rude receptionist who is the lady boss. Did not experience smooth appointment making process.

β β β β β Please Dr. Goh, I know you can afford a proper receptionist rather than that woman which I believe is your wife. She is so entitled and treated everyone like someone below her. If I want to be sneered at, I would go to the gov dental clinic. Iβve always tell people good things about this clinic but this change in personnel is really not doing your clinic good. The woman didnβt spare even the old people to make snarky remarks. People are already anxious and nervous enough going to the dentist for her to add the misery.
Dr. Goh and the nurses and assistants have always been nice so this bad addition as the first person people greet inside he clinic is very very sad.

β β β β β No appointment, walked in with my mom (whose bridge of three teeth had clung to a candy bar instead of the roof of the mouth) and without a signature, a word about money, or anything, she was in the chair in five minutes. Price was great. Service gentle. English good. I don't like dental offices, but am glad to know this one is ten minutes from my home.
