★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disclaimer: I’m wearing braces to fix my protruding gap tooth and overbite. I’m wearing my retainer 24/7 except for eating or drinking coffee
Not recommended for orthodontic treatment (braces). I finished my treatment earlier this year and my experience with them over the past 2 years has not been that great. As soon as I finished my payment, the doctor decided that I don’t have to wear braces anymore when my overbite is still not being fixed (I’m still frustated until today because I didn’t speak up, now I’m wearing retainer already).
Even during my monthly braces check up, the doctor did not make any slight remarks whether my teeth is improving or not. I’m the one who has to ask if my teeth is showing any progression every single time. After I finished my treatment, no check up whatsoever to check on my teeth condition.
First picture is my original teeth. Second is my teeth right after opening my braces because the doctor deemed that my teeth is okay without giving suggestions to wear it longer to fix my overbite.
I’m not the type to leave bad review but after paying a hefty amount and looking at my teeth today a few months without braces, it frustrates me that I have to experience this.
I’m only givingine star just because the front desk service and the nurse were very friendly and accommodating.
