★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the ambience of this clinic. Very clean and comfortable even during the mco. The staff and nurse is helpful especially Dr. Nurul, she is very informative and professional.The appointment made via whatsapp. I got my scaling and polishing done yesterday, looking forward for my teeth extraction and composite restoration tomorrow. The Dr came up with the quotation and treatment plan, i consider the price is reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clinic was very nice, great selection of books and a TV on the ceiling to distract kids.
However, the dentist was not very good with my child, i thought she was rather rough (i.e. her care for the child must have been similar to how she attends to adult) although she was polite.
Put permanent filling instead of a fluoride one, which wld have been better suited for a child and did not explain much or ask enough questions.
The total fee was rather expensive i.e. RM550, which is comparable to what my usual dentist chargers for the same treatment (although the clinic is in Sri Hartamas hence higher rent).
Anyways, post visit, my daughter was still complaining of toothache. Took her to another clinic 4 days later. The dentist there then explained that while there was nothing wrong with the previous dentist work (Alhamdulillah), the pain she is still experiencing was probably due to new teeth coming out, which Klinik Nour dentist did not inform. the new dentist explained not to administer paracetamol as its normal for 7 yr ol. only provide pain management if there is any swelling or fever, which Klinik Nour dentist did not inform.

The treatment performed was sloppy where on xray there was a noticeable gap in the filling performed. To remedy, the other dentist needs to remove the previous filling and perform a root canal treatment which has put my child in further unnecessary stress
I feel Klinik Nour is better suited for adult. For kids, need more trained dentist who may know how to deal with kids better
with MCO lifted, brought my daughter to her usual dentist, confirmed the gap.. need to be redone. unnecessary cost incurred..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite pricey for fillings, the environment inside is comfy.
After the filling, I got case of tooth sensitivity that I am quite unhappy of because prior to filling I got no case of tooth sensitivity in that area. I will try to find other options if the filling sensitivity is not resolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pricey for tooth extraction for kid, even they charge us with consultation fee n total cost almost RM 100 for single tooth extraction for kid .. what's the consultation fee since we already know which tooth to extract haha. n even there 's one female Dr very rude n rigid to customer . We don't have other choice then to come here since our kid has been complaining about his tooth. Wouldn't recommend this clinic. Better go to Dr k clinic better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my kid last year (August 2020), and I was traumatised to see how the doctors handle my kid. The doctors were not capable of handling kids, they couldnt stand with the kids' screaming during the procedure and they obviously showed their anger towards my kid in front of me!
After the procedure, one of the doctor asked whether i took a video! OMG what was the point asking?!
Yes, their charges were quite pricey but I honestly did not mind to pay if their service was excellent.
I in fact sent my complaint to the clinics by email but they didnt respond. Too bad.
I am sorry I cant recommend your clinics to any of my family & friends. And I really hope you do not accept kids as your patient until YOU'RE TOTALLY READY
Till now I cant forgive myself. I feel so anxious whenever i come nearby your clinic. I saw how rough the doctors attending my kid.
Update: you were saying, i was too occupied with my phone. Let me clarify this, what did you expect me to do when my kid was surrounded by your staff? Wont my interference would disturb what were you doing?
IF IT WAS TRUE i wasnt helping you guys with calming my kid, was that enough to justify your actions of showing anger towards us? FYI, i took my daughter to another clinic, they did not expect parents' assistance coz they were ready mentally and physically. They knew what they got into when attending child patients.
So my kid was too loud as she disturbed patient in the next room, & you couldnt handle her, then why didnt you just stop the procedure? Coz I really did not know whether I should have stopped you guys. I cant believe this is your best defense.
Oh i did not record anything happened in the room, only us and Allah knew exactly what was actually happening.
BTW, thanks for your response & I really appreciate it, but you should response my frustration via email like you did here.
I sincerely pray for your success in this field. Please take my critics in a good way & insyaAllah you guys will be better in the future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time visiting this clinic after several attempts to get an appointment at KK . The doctor gave an excellent explanation on my kid's dental condition and treated her so well. I actually left my kid alone as requested by the doctor, suprisingly my kid didnt give any drama throughout the procedure (i bet the doctor and staff did superb job handling peads cases). Price-wise is affordably okay for me. I surely will pay a 2nd visit in future.
