2. Detailed explanations were given to me and my daughter
3. Doctor was generous enough having not to charge on consultations given especially for my daughter
4. Follow up texts were sent to check on my progress
5. Kind and helpful staff. They took care of my daughter while i had my scaling procedure.
6. Affordable and reasonable charges
7. My daughter had gradually overcome her dental phobia (3rd time coming here)

Good compliance to PKP SOP upon entering the clinic.
They have a very systematic appointment booking system, and are efficient in communicating with the patients regarding confirmation/cancellation of appointment dates.
The staff and doctor are well-mannered. The doctor explains well and performs the procedures gently, always checking on the patient throughout the procedure.
The post-treatment follow-up is very good, they never fail to check up on the patient by the following day.
Overall, very good service with appropriate pricing. Will definitely recommend this clinic to friends and family!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic is really nice. I got scaling. My teeth was plaque heavy after not going to dentist for 2 years and there was many things coming out from it. It was a thorough cleaning and they are very light on their hands. I might’ve delayed this a lot because my dentist before I went to this clinic goes too heavy on my teeth. It was scary and felt like I was getting extraction. After the appointment, I booked my next scaling with them. They really good and makes dentist appointments nothing to be scared of anymore for me. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had a wonderful experience here at star dental clinic! Finally the doctor here found the main cause of my migrain and dental illness since 6 months ago ?. Before this had go to other dental clinic but sadly the doc found nothing and i go back home with pain still in my mouth ?. All my prob settled here..at last my 'gigi bongsu cabut' already..and everything along the treatment went smoothly with very minor pain..or almost no pain even when the doc 'bius' me.?
The doc here very good at calming patient, explained everything very detailed about the process of treatment, what the effects after treatment and also the precautions..so that i can prepare and know how to set my mind as well ☺️
The price also cheaper than the other??
Very recommended for kids as well ?. The doc and staff here very good at handling kids?. For sure i would repeat any dental treatment here for me and my kids ! Tq Doc and Team at Star Dental Clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfort clinic, nice doc with detail explanation. Doc willing to fill up my kids health record from KK and its very helpful. The environment and doc/staff help to calm my daughter even for her first time seeing dentist. I never expected she was that calm. Great job star dental team!
