not this expert. Igtkan expert tp pokai there lah. doc kasaq gila weh. My tooth sandpaper is cm wood sandpaper. gila weh tobat tk mai dah. Dah tu kata ada next appoinment, bila tanya kt ws senyap truh. dhla expensive good pg private ja. tkdak tggu2 turn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Done tooth extraction and fillings here. Procedure was quick and not painful at all as it is done by the dental specialist. Dr professionally explained on the treatment and procedures. The staff is friendly and easily communicated thru whatsapp for booking. Really satisfied with the sevice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly receptionist. She doesn’t know when I could get a consultation. She kept saying “I need to check with the Doctor” and “the Doctor is busy”. How embarrassing it must be for a specialist clinic…Pro-tip - please be respectful to the patients and at least give them an estimate when the doctor could see them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please change your contact person on whatsapp. The replies are not at all professional. I understand that the doctors are busy but there needs to be a better system to take appointments. I have been waiting for so long yet still dont have an appointment date. Imagine a person having so much to tooth pain, how long do you expect them to wait?
