★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very shocking,disappointing & unprofessional customer service. Made an appointment days earlier only to be informed minutes before the set date n time, ours were pushed to other time slot. No text or any information notifying for such arrangement. When we start questioning her, she replied rudely and sarcastically that we can just come if we want to. Bravo.What a way to treat your customers. No one should be treated as such, nor should we tolerate such attitude. Disappointing experience indeed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Undergo minor operculectomy surgery at this clinic. Nice and warm greetings by the staff. Good explaination by the doctor prior to the surgery. Overall i am giving 4-star on the quality of the service. Well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to have my case transferred to this clinic for my orthodontics treatment and I am so glad to have done that. The staff and the doctor I met so far have been very kind to me. What makes me extremely happy is that the doctor is very well-prepared for the next treatment. I wish I had invested the thousands that I paid to the previous clinic here instead. If you are getting braces, you should definitely consider KPS Balok!
