Then the customer service need to focus only for registration and procedure la.. very poor service. Better ar razi poliklinik la..

β β β β β Very fast covid-19 testing registration take 5minutes and just sat a while called for testing. All <10minutes RM350.00. En Zain was very helpful. I lost my receipt but he was kind enough to whatsapp a copy to me. Thank you.
I think they should provide WhatsApp service and WhatsApp the report. People are looking for this type of service.

β β β β β Service Good & Friendly staff but when comes to the cov19 result, seems like i need to begging. Whatsapp read but no response at all. Call at daytime Nobody pickup and suddenly no engaged. only received my result via mysejahtera but no pdf copy for submission to office.
Tested: 1st aug, KKM result via mysejatera on 2nd aug 9.45am, and until today 3rd aug not receiving any reply and pdf copy from the clinic.
