โ โ โ โ โ I enjoyed the experience. The counter lady was very nice to me and gentle of my enquires. I asked for price and she was not beating around the bush with it. Appointment was easy to do and when I reached, they sterilised the room before I went it.
The dentist was nice and comfortable to talk to. She talked to me about the condition that I'm having and that it could be more expensive as I am doing my scaling first time so a lot of things are sticking to the mouth. She was gentle in her procedure and soft in words. It was nice to be treated by her and the counter lady that helped me make the booking.
Then there is the young counter girl. She was very gentle and kind when she asked me of my experience with the dentist and was very nice to advice of what I should do after my scaling.
Overall I am happy with my scaling and visitation to this dentist. I would give a 10/10

โ โ โ โ โ This clinic very recommended, the price affordable, plus the staff and the dentist also friendly. All the staff and dentist at here is female so it make me comfort ? I make braces and it handle by Dr Leow S Q, she give explanation clearly and very polite. My family members also do dental treatment at here ??

Dentist was rude. Tone and manner was bossy & demanding, no tactfulness or basic respect when talking to customers. Zero hospitality in this clinic.
Understand that theyโre doing their job and following procedures, which we were happy to oblige. But her loud, stand-offish, crude tone of voice and arrogant vibes made us uncomfortable and not welcome.
Counter lady was accommodating and hospitable.

โ โ โ โ โ The dentist and the staff here are very friendly and their service is excellent. The dentist was very experienced and she explained the procedure well before the treatment to ensure that I knew what might happen. Overall, highly recommended clinic!

โ โ โ โ โ Dr Chiew Su Lin is the dental surgeon of today and her service is very nice & professional. Patient and polite, give well explanation of my conditions. Besides, the dental assistants here are friendly & approachable. Overall very nice experience and Iโm gonna revisit next time.
