The dental practitioner is very knowledgeable, and she spend the time needed to slowly explain the type of treatments needed. She is very understanding and did not push me into any decision. She's skilful and treatments were done efficiently. Overall, highly satisfied and recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely LOVE the team here. They are excellent with our children as well as us. Our 4 year old sat through a filling like a champ with Dr. Chitra today. No complaints, and no hesitations !! He loves it so much he wishes he could stay longer, and go more. His twin brother got jealous he did not need to go.
Our oldest has had orthodontic care with Dr. Arjunan. He is highly knowledgeable. Takes his time to make sure you understand everything thoroughly.
If kids loving the dentist doesn't speak volume, I don't know what does!
Phenomenal care from all the staff. They all are friendly and welcoming. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely one of the best dentist clinic that I have went to, before going just make a call and fix the appointment, the receptionist will help you through. The ambience of the clinic is good and I did scaling and polish. Dr Chitra is friendly and took time to explain on brushing teeth technique, especially the wisdom tooth and did the scaling with detail. The price is also affordable. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.Chitra”.. The Most recommended Doc in Ipoh! this Woman is simply amazing! Her welcoming smile and the way she approach can never compare to any other Doctors. She have a very Good vibes for us to believe in her and the treatment! Honestly I’ve visited few clinics for Braces consultation and I did not have this much of courage to do till I visit her today. I would really Wish if she can fix the Braces hence they have Top Orthodontist who will do it for us( One of the best ) Hopefully my braces treatment will go smooth here as how doctor Chitra is! She is so Kind and loving towards her passion and patient♥️ Thumbs up to you Doc! See you soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr chitra was kind enough to let me have one slot during her lunch hour when i PMed her in facebook asking if i can have an appointment for my teeth issue. The place was cosy, and the staff were friendly. Dr chitra explained to me what happened with my teeth and why it hurts. Did the teeth xray, scaling and fixing it.
It was nice to be treated nicely.
The scaling can be scary. Not gonna lie it still hurts abit. Wish that it end quickly cause the scaling noise can also torturing you despite it was fast enough, maybe less than 5mins?
Hopefully, there are a brand like zenyum.my in future here to replace braces for mild crowding or gapping teeth without needed to handle the pain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ iDentist offers one of the best dental services in Ipoh. I went to iDentist to do a scaling and composite filling at affordable prices. Dr Chitra is very friendly and professional, explaining the treatment details and the costs incurred. The scaling was not painful at all and she did a marvelous job on the fillings. On top of that, I can go back to the clinic without additional costs to redo the fillings within 3 months if the fillings come off. Definitely a pleasant visit and I strongly recommend iDentist to everyone.
