★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception need to be trained to be more polite. I was made to wait for almost an hour despite being 3 minutes late for covid test appointment and the receptionist was super rude saying that they noticed my car outside but did not do anything as we are “late”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very attentive and patience Dr Nur Anis Syazwani. Condition and medication were explained very thoroughly. All our concerns were listened to and answered. I have been carrying out routine pregnancy checkup here and occasionally consultation when I was unwell from morning sickness etc etc. Highly recommended sincere doctor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did COVID swab test twice. Very organized, fast procedure and done in a safe manner (open air, outdoor, payment outside, pre-registration online). Responsive on Whatsapp for queries and registration. Clinic looks very clean and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worth of any star based on my experience. Despite the good reviews I read about this clinic, I was very disappointed with their receptionists. They were very rude especially the male. They were ignoring us while being aware that we waited for them for a very long time. Definitely not going here anymore despite the doctor is okay.

I am very regular patient at this clinic. I have done dressing treatment, swab test and consultation.
Overall a good experience and surely will repeat soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I went to Klinik Putih to take our Covid RTK test. The staffs are very responsive as we made our bookings via Whatsapp. They are very proactive to take care of our needs, and the best part is, that place is NOT CROWDED and the test is done in front of the clinic with a special tent being put up. We didn't have to go to the back alleys to do the test. Our pride and dignity were preserved! I highly recommend Klinik Putih in Cyberjaya!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a good experience at this clinic so highly recommended for others to go. The doctor was attentive, provided detailed explanation and communicated well. The staff at reception was good as well, she gave good answers for everything we asked even for other treatments. Environment is clean comfortable and seems profesional. Not many people even on weekend. The price range was affordable and they got proper receipts too.
