★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unpreffesional. Staff insisted on riding with me in my car to the ATM so I can pay him when I told him to take his own car and follow me. Staff is lazy and money greedy. Paid him RM100 just to unlock my door and he asked for another 20 just to unscrew 2 screws

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RM4 per key duplication when you normally get it for RM3 in Klang Valley (I've to duplicate 6 sets and they said it's "standard pricing")? They need to review their "competitive" pricing policies to ensure it's fair exchange of value to maintain long term repeat customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I can give ZERO star, they will deserve it. Bad customer service and the worst is they are selling all items at extreme overprice. Bought a stainless steel door lever from them, was charged RM160 and with missing cover on the lever base, worst still the product only cost RM60 on Shopee and Lazada. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COST!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here to duplicate 2 keys, less than 3 minutes, my key was done duplicated. And it can function well. 1 key for RM 6.00 while another 1 RM 6.50. Thanks.

Duplicated my keys as well, 2 for rm8.5 and fast process

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad, they had only 1 soldering iron to chose from, which for an 'electrical' hardware shop seems limiting, and there is no warranty on it, but it was a reasonable size and frankly there is no real alternative in cyberjaya for electrical type items.
