He has been really helpful to me in terms of medicines, health and advise.
He really takes care and genuinely ensures well being of his patients.. his diagnosis are always to the point and very helpful.
My family also feels comfortable going to this Klinik just because of him.

Why is so RUDE to us we are just came to for medical assist not to see your attitude or damb face, we pay money for the medical assistant not FREE but still why you guys are providing the worse service?
Remember this is not GOV Clinic or hospital to work such lazy
I have experience here a lot times the BAD service.
But the reason why I still visit here is
Doctor Thava are very good and kind genuine to patients, he is really take good care of patients.
I can mention here all the name of the rude staff but it will spoil the clinic name so you guys better be good to patients,
I hope clinic qualitas will take action on this kind of staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regret visit the clinic for booster dose, the attitude of the staff is terrible. Went for booster with appointment, was informed no appointment was made and needed to wait. After gotten the jab, MYSJ has no update, and was informed to wait and its "normal", went back after sometimes and was informed they got no record, request customer to provide vaccination card (which they didn't provide at the first place).
"No vaccination certification card, we wouldn't not provide the receipt"
But i have the receipt now and the clinic didn't provide me any vaccination certification card at the first place.
Was being polite but absolute dissapoinment staff attitude and rudeness when dealing with custoner
