Because I like Dr. Ong who won't simply give antibiotics to children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Ong is really attentive to patient. He has been my family doctor for more than six years. He listens and do all necessary inspection. I have no worries depending on him and his staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Ong doesn't seem to be patient enough to listen, and the tone sounded so intimidating.
I asked for referral letter for my son. He insisted to see my son while other clinic doesn't need. Fair enough, since each clinic has their own rule, but please at least he could talk nicely instead of "if I don't see your son, how I know what to write the letter LEH?"
When he's checking my son, he doesn't even want to touch him. It's fine since doesn't wear glove, he just ask me "quick, faster, where?! where is the problem?" Really, the tone is just not right.
Most doctors I've met is talkative and friendly. Sorry, not Dr Ong.
Not a good first experience and this would be the last. I'll just visit other panel clinic.

Most importantly, I was rather disappointed with the doctor, because I came here expecting good quality check up given the high (5star) rating on Google review.
Perhaps great reviews given for simple and general sickness like fever, cough .etc, but as my condition is not just a simple headache or migraine, and i needed the doctor's expert opinion, I felt that the doctor was not even interested to listen to my concerns and medical history. He dismissed what I tried explaining to him and generalize my condition as basic migraine even after telling him that I have a few episodes of blacking out previously.
Overall, though doctor is good at explaining, would appreciate if he's better at listening and empathising, without generalizing all patient's sicknesses.
And, will certainly get a second opinion for my condition from another medical expert.
