★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attention to the doctor. Please review your nurse customer service. There's one Indian nurse at the dispensary/receptionist shouted at customer and ignore customer queries. We come here to seek vaccine or treatment. Nonetheless, your nurse talk very rude and shouted over customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to call them for dayssssss!!! Nobody even bothered to pick up.
They should be striped off the panelship and all vaccination panels as they are not willing to answer call for appointment at all.
I even use auto dial where they redial shall the phone not answered and for 2 hours nobody even pick up!!!
Any1 who is going to this clinic must be pretty desperate!!!!
If not interested in business pls close down!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been calling on their phone consistently for days and no one picks up. Also if you go to the clinic personally, their insurance system is always down and malfunctioning even though all the other clinic's insurance system is working. And if you question the nurses, they ask you to go to other clinic. Might as well close the clinic if you're so unprofessional and basically just good for nothing. I'd give it 0 stars if there was such an option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 30 mins for registration, and then ask me to go another clinic because my insurance card is not accepted. Then, cannot use debit card, cash only, even online transfer also cannot and if you didn’t bring enough cash you still need to ask someone to come over and help you pay!! Imagine already feeling sick and painful, still have to care about all these nonsense.
The only good thing about the clinic is the doctor very nice and polite.
